Will I need a Powerflush?
When we visit to carry out your FREE survey, one of our installation team will carry out an infrared survey
of your radiators so we'll know the level of system cleaning that is required.
A full magnetic flush is included with all of our installations, but if a powerflush is required, we can carry it out for you.
Will my boiler need an annual service?
All boiler manufacturers require an annual service to validate their warranty. You don't have to worry about remembering to get it done, we will send you a reminder, and arrange a time we can service the boiler for you!
Does my quote include a magnetic filter and a scale reducer?
Yes, all our quotes include a magnetic filter and a scale reducer, so you can be sure your new boiler is protected.
How long is my boilers warranty?
Depending on the make and model, the boiler warranty will be from 5 to 12 years.
